Ingredients
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons minced garlic
9 tablespoons olive oil
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Whisk in oil; stir in salt and pepper.
